・ATC (Air Temperature Control) allows temperature-controlled, HEPA-filtered air to flow through the Cypher AFM/SPM enclosure for ultra-low drift operation. Cypher is inherently low-drift, so this option is typically required in labs where room temperature fluctuates widely.
