About This Product

■Summary

・MFP-3D Closed Fluid Cell (CFC) for AFM/SPM is designed to statically hold gas or liquid inside the cell or to perfuse it through an injection port. Masu. - Unique design allows the cell, sample and cantilever holder to be fully assembled and sealed in a controlled environment (e.g. in a glove box or hood) and then transported to the AFM.

■The following two versions are available.

1) Fluid Cell Lite: A reasonable type that minimizes evaporation (not completely sealed) and does not have an injection port. 2) Electrical Closed Cell with terminals: electrical connection to the sample is possible

■Features

・Completely sealed cell ・Equipped with 10 access ports for liquid/gas exchange ・Easy to clean and avoid contamination ・Various sample mounts available
