About This Product

The PiezoForce module enables high tip bias voltage application (up to ± 220 V) for ultra-sensitive and crosstalk-free measurements on piezoelectric materials, including ferroelectrics and multiferroics ( up to ±150 V for MFP-3D Infinity). Available for all MFP-3D AFM/SPMs except Origin.

・Measurement without crosstalk ・High sensitivity - Tip bias voltage, maximum ±220 V can be applied (maximum ±150 V for MFP-3D Infinity).
