About This Product

■Summary

・The cooling/heating stage (CoolerHeater) uses a Peltier element to cool and heat the sample, allowing temperature control from -30˚C to 120˚C. -This accessory comes with a cooling pump for measurements below 0˚C. ・The stage supports samples with a maximum diameter of 15 mm. The sample can be secured to a standard sample disk for AFM and magnetically attached to a temperature-controlled metal surface. ・Samples can also be fixed using metal clips or thermally conductive paste. Accessories connect directly to the Jupiter XR's expansion port and all control and measurement functions are accessible through the software interface.
