・The photovoltaic (PV) option for MFP-3D Infinity AFM/SPM enables high-resolution electrical characterization while illuminating customizable light from behind the sample. ・The PV option is simple, flexible, and cost-effective. - Can be used with numerous electrical characterization techniques and environmental control accessories specifically for the MFP-3D Infinity AFM/SPM.

■Features

- Open modular optical design based on standard Thor Labs optics for easy addition and replacement of filters, polarizers, and apertures - Designed to avoid light loss that occurs when an external optical system is built around an inverted optical microscope. ・Standard LED lighting is connected to the base with fiber. Illuminance can be controlled by software in 1% increments for >1 Sun ・Other external light sources (e.g. solar simulators, mercury lamps, xenon lamps) can be easily introduced by using commercially available adapters that can be used with various light guides. ・Focus adjustment function enables optimal light irradiation of a wide range of samples - Compatible with many MFP-3D Infinity AFM/SPM environmental accessories, including fully sealed cells for imaging in ultra-low humidity, ultra-low oxygen environments
