The Cypher ES AFM/SPM compatible heater stage can control heating of samples in gas from room temperature to 250°C in a closed environment.

■Features

・Heating from room temperature to 250℃ in a completely sealed environment ・Low-drift design allows large temperature changes while maintaining the same imaging area Temperature control can be done manually or programmatically through software (e.g. ramp/soak cycles) - Designed to achieve passive heat conduction and isolation, so no cooling water or pump is required. - No additional control boxes or other modules required, no extra confusion or complexity
