About This Product

■Summary

Cypher ES AFM/SPM compatible in-gas measurement cells can be completely sealed and can be imaged in the atmosphere or in a controlled gas environment. For example, imaging can be performed under an inert argon gas atmosphere while avoiding oxidation of polymer samples during high-temperature heating. The measurement cell in gas is included with Cypher ES, but can be purchased as a spare part.
