About This Product
■Summary
・WITec's Raman microscope comes with a high-throughput spectrometer (UHTS) developed specifically for Raman imaging, and the UHTS series is available in six models depending on laser excitation wavelength (UV to infrared) and spectral resolution. .
・All UHTS spectrometers use a lens method and fiber connection and have a transmission efficiency of over 70%.
・Up to 3 gratings can be installed using the automatic switching grating turret. The grating can be selected according to the measurement range and resolution required by the customer.
・As for the detector, you can choose from many CCD cameras, including those with a quantum efficiency of 90% or more.
■Features
・The UHTS series has a high transmittance of over 70% and is designed to be compatible with extremely weak light Raman imaging.
・Data acquisition using UHTS allows measurements at speeds of less than 1 msec/spectrum, which is very advantageous for Raman imaging, which typically requires collecting thousands of spectra.
・Very high quality Raman spectra and imaging data can be obtained using the UHTS spectrometer. Comatic aberration/astigmatism free design enables Raman peak measurement with good symmetry.
- The turret mechanism automatically switches between 3 types of gratings, allowing you to freely combine gratings. You can switch gratings with unprecedented ease.
・The UHTS series allows you to select several focus lengths depending on the laser excitation wavelength and the spectral resolution required for Raman imaging.
