About This Product

■Summary

- Melting profile (the relationship between solid fat content and temperature) is an important characteristic of edible fats and oils used in the food industry. This is especially important in the bakery, confectionery and margarine industries. - Melting Profile Melting curves determine the uses of edible fats and oils, making them an important quality control parameter for suppliers and end users as well as product development objectives. - There is renewed interest in this technique as regulations related to the reduction or elimination of trans fatty acids are tightened and many conventional products need to be improved. -TD-NMR (Time Domain Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) has been the method of choice for determining solid fat content for decades due to its ease of use and reproducibility. Features

■Industry standard measurement method

Direct method according to international standards: AOCS Cd 16b-93, ISO 8292-1:2008, IUPAC 2.150.

The same meter can also be used to perform different measurements such as oil and moisture.

■Minimal sample preparation

Samples can be transferred to tubes, prepared, and analyzed in seconds.

■Supports multiple languages

The instruction manual will be in English by default. It also supports French, German, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese.

■User-defined protocols

Stabilized and non-stabilized fat methods are preinstalled, allowing the user to define the protocol (series, parallel, individual measurements) and working temperature, as well as change the measurement parameters.

■Stable calibration

The instrument is stable and rarely requires recalibration. Even if you need it, it only takes a few minutes.

■Report creation software

Data can be inspected, plotted, exported to other programs, and melt profile curves can be created.

■Certification standards

The instrument is supplied with a certified calibration sample for determining f-factor. These are sealed in glass tubes to ensure long-term use.
