About This Product

■Summary

SampleProtect is designed to provide lab researchers with a thorough method to protect sensitive samples from accidental electrostatic discharge (ESD). The system consists of a rack-mounted SampleProtect switching unit (SPSU) linked via measurement-grade cables and a sample probe to a sample holder that includes an additional socket for an equipotential plug. The specimen holder can be removed from the probe, and each probe can accommodate multiple types of specimen holders. The sample holder can also be transferred between probes or to a HelioxVT or KelvinoxJT ULT insert.
