About This Product

RISE is a revolutionary technology that combines confocal Raman microscopy and SEM. RISE can link structural and chemical composition information on sample surfaces. RISE provides all the functions of an SEM and all the functions of a confocal Raman microscope alpha300 in one instrument.

・Easy and fast switching between SEM and Raman observation ・Automatic sample transport from SEM (or Raman) observation location to Raman (or SEM) ・User-friendly integrated SEM and Raman measurement software ・Superimposed display of SEM and Raman images ・There are no restrictions on the functions and performance of both SEM and Raman RISE Features

■Scanning electron microscope (SEM)

Scanning electron microscopy is equipped with a variety of analytical techniques. RISE can further image chemical composition.

■Confocal Raman microscope

・Confocal Raman microscope with unprecedented speed, sensitivity, and resolution ・Generate Raman images from Raman spectra obtained from all pixels ・Lateral resolution of 200-300 nm achieved up to the theoretical resolution ・Outstanding depth resolution is ideal for 3D imaging and depth profiling ・High-sensitivity/high-resolution spectrum measurement using a lens-based high-throughput spectrometer ・High-speed Raman imaging of 0.76 msec/spectrum is available as an option. ・Non-destructive measurement: No sample fixation or staining required
