■Scanning electron microscope (SEM)
Scanning electron microscopy is equipped with a variety of analytical techniques. RISE can further image chemical composition.
■Confocal Raman microscope
・Confocal Raman microscope with unprecedented speed, sensitivity, and resolution
・Generate Raman images from Raman spectra obtained from all pixels
・Lateral resolution of 200-300 nm achieved up to the theoretical resolution
・Outstanding depth resolution is ideal for 3D imaging and depth profiling
・High-sensitivity/high-resolution spectrum measurement using a lens-based high-throughput spectrometer
・High-speed Raman imaging of 0.76 msec/spectrum is available as an option.
・Non-destructive measurement: No sample fixation or staining required
