About This Product

■Summary

NanoRack™ allows you to extract new information from your samples. The unique sample stage enables AFM/SPM observation while simultaneously applying tensile or compressive loads symmetrically to the area near the center of the sample. The stage features a large range for high strain and a built-in load cell for high stress measurements with forces up to 80N. (Compatible with all MFP-3D models except MFP-3D Origin)
