About This Product

■Summary

MicroPoint offers field-proven, flexible optical stimulation tools. Featuring a patented, compact, wavelength-selectable, pulsed nitrogen-pumped dye laser, it is capable of ablation, bleaching, and uncaging in the wavelength range of 365 to 656 nm. Wide wavelength range and energy control allow optimization for various scenarios. Additionally, by using an appropriate dichroic filter set, it is possible to image the material and optically stimulate it simultaneously. MicroPoint offers a selection of UV-Vis imaging quality Epi illumination adapters for current and previous generation microscopes from Leica, Nikon, Olympus, and Zeiss. The MicroPoint system consists of a tunable pulsed laser, a coupling lens, a beam steering lens, a microscope adapter, a selection of beam splitters and interference filters, and a motorized or manual attenuator to adjust spot size and power. .
