About This Product

CryoRaman enables Raman imaging measurements at extremely low temperatures with unparalleled spatial resolution. It was developed for researchers investigating novel physical properties that appear when cooled to near absolute zero. By combining the performance and modularity of the alpha300 microscope series with advanced cryostat and nanopositioning techniques, measurements up to 1.8K in high magnetic field environments are now easily constructed and available. Designed to meet existing and new challenges, cryoRaman offers robust standard functionality that can be expanded through a wide range of options.

・Spectrometer optimized for excitation wavelengths from visible light to mid-infrared light region ・Low vibration closed cycle cryostat (attoDRY series) ・User-friendly data acquisition and evaluation software (WITec Suite SIX) ・Very accurate low-temperature nanopositioner (attocube AN series) ・Operating temperature from 1.8K to 300K ・Unique compatibility Special objective lens for cryogenic Raman (attocube cryogenic objective lens) ・Solenoid magnet or vector magnet with strength up to 12T ・Full polarization control for excitation and detection (polarizer, analyzer) ・Laser output adjustment by software control ・Automatic switching from optical microscopy to spectroscopic imaging ・Automatic spectrometer calibration light source and routine ・Time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) mode ・Low wavenumber Raman peak detection
