About This Product

■Raman/near-field optical microscope complex equipment

For advanced research purposes, the alpha300RS can perform confocal Raman imaging in near-field optical microscopy mode that exceeds the optical diffraction limit. alpha300RS has almost all operating modes of alpha300R (confocal Raman microscope), alpha300S (near field optical microscope), and AFM. The combination of confocal Raman microscopy and SNOM enables high-resolution Raman imaging as SNOM Raman.

■Features

・Achieves all functions of alpha300R (confocal Raman microscope) and alpha300S (SNOM) in one unit ・High-resolution optical imaging (SNOM) and chemical imaging (Raman) possible ・Combined observation like SNOM Raman is possible ・Turn the microscope revolver to change the objective lens and change the measurement mode. ・No need to change samples for SNOM and Raman measurements

■Raman mode

・Raman imaging: Obtain Raman spectra at all points of image pixels ・Plane (x-y-direction) depth (z-direction) scanning ・Stacked image: 3D confocal Raman image ・Time series measurement ・Raman spectrum measurement at designated locations ・One-dimensional Raman depth profiling measurement ・Ultra high-speed Raman imaging (1,300 spectrum measurements/sec) option ・Confocal fluorescence microscope ・Bright field microscope ・Dark field microscope, phase contrast, DIC option ・Upgradable to epifluorescence microscope

■SNOM mode

・Near field optical microscope (SNOM) mode: transmission, reflection, collection mode ・Confocal microscopy (CM) mode: ・Transparent ・Reflection ・Fluorescence (optional) ・SNOM/AFM combination: Most operating modes of alpha300A (options can be added) ・Force curve, light-distance curve ・Back illumination mode ・Total internal reflection irradiation mode (optional)

■Microscope

・Research grade optical microscope with 6-objective lens revolver ・Video system: Eyepiece color video camera ・White LED Keller lighting ・High-sensitivity monochrome video camera: downward observation of the sample and SNOM/AFM probe ・XY direction manual sample stage X,Y25mm ・Active vibration isolation table included ・Piezo scanning stage (scanning width 100x100x20μm) (options for other scanning widths available)
