About This Product

■Liquid samples and large samples can be observed from below.

Raman images can be acquired using an inverted optical system. The alpha300Ri uses an inverted optical system and inherits the functions of the WITec standard alpha300R confocal Raman microscope. The alpha300Ri's inverted optical system is especially effective when observing liquid samples or large samples in the life science, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and mineral fields.

■Main features

・The inverted optical path allows liquid samples to be placed on the flat surface of the stage, making it suitable for rapid and repeated measurements. - The sample motor stage makes it easy to attach environmental cells and other accessories. ・Large samples that are difficult to observe under the objective lens turret of a normal microscope can also be placed on the alpha300Ri stage. - Various microscope accessories such as fluorescence, differential interference contrast DIC, and phase observation can be attached.

・Raman spectral imaging: Capture complete hyperspectral Raman imaging at each point during the scan ・Positioning using a motor-driven stage in the XY plane and Z depth direction ・Image stack: 3D confocal Raman image ・High-speed/low-speed continuous spectrum measurement

■Microscope basic structure

・Research grade inverted microscope equipped with a revolver compatible with 6 objective lenses ・Video system: CCD video camera, fluorescence camera ・LED white light source for Keller lighting ・Binocular microscope ・Condenser turret with up to 7 contrasts (bright field, DIC, phase contrast, NAMC, etc.) ・Specimen holders compatible with various standard sample formats (slide glass, Terasaki plate, 25/60mm petri dish, cell culture flask, counting chamber, etc.) ・Internal filter block revolver ・Sample positioning and scanning using an XY in-plane motor-driven stage with a wide movable range

・Supports a wide range of laser wavelengths (from ultraviolet to infrared) ・Additional UHTS spectrometer (ultraviolet, visible, near infrared), etc.
