■Liquid samples and large samples can be observed from below.
Raman images can be acquired using an inverted optical system. The alpha300Ri uses an inverted optical system and inherits the functions of the WITec standard alpha300R confocal Raman microscope. The alpha300Ri's inverted optical system is especially effective when observing liquid samples or large samples in the life science, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and mineral fields.
■Main features
・The inverted optical path allows liquid samples to be placed on the flat surface of the stage, making it suitable for rapid and repeated measurements.
- The sample motor stage makes it easy to attach environmental cells and other accessories.
・Large samples that are difficult to observe under the objective lens turret of a normal microscope can also be placed on the alpha300Ri stage.
- Various microscope accessories such as fluorescence, differential interference contrast DIC, and phase observation can be attached.
