WITec's Raman microscope alpha300R has long been recognized as a state-of-the-art imaging system, and continuous development born from an innovative spirit keeps it at the forefront of technology, offering flexibility, sensitivity, speed, It has set a benchmark in terms of performance. These unique characteristics have established the alpha300R as the preeminent confocal Raman imaging system on the market. The flexibility of the alpha300R series allows it to adapt to all system requirements and combine different imaging techniques to meet new needs and expansions.

■Features

・Confocal Raman imaging with unprecedented speed, sensitivity, and resolution ・Raman images are generated from Raman spectra measured at all pixels ・Achieves resolution of 200-300 nm, which is the same as the theoretical diffraction limit. ・Outstanding depth resolution is ideal for 3D imaging and depth profiling ・Optional high-speed Raman imaging of 0.76msec/spectrum ・High-sensitivity/high-resolution spectrum measurement using a lens-based high-throughput spectrometer ・Non-destructive measurement: No sample fixation or staining required

・Raman imaging: Obtain the Raman spectrum at every point of the image pixel ・Plane (x-y-direction) depth (z-direction) scanning ・Stacking image: 3D confocal Raman image ・Time series measurement ・Raman spectrum measurement at designated locations ・One-dimensional Raman depth profiling measurement ・Ultra high-speed Raman imaging (1,300 spectrum measurements/sec) option ・Confocal fluorescence microscope ・Bright field microscope ・Dark field microscope, phase contrast, DIC option ・Upgradable to epifluorescence microscope

・Research grade optical microscope with 6-objective lens revolver ・Video system: Eyepiece color video camera ・White LED Keller lighting ・XY direction manual sample stage X, Y25mm ・Piezo scanning stage (scanning width 200x200x20μm) (other scanning width options available)

・Spectrometer f/4 focal length 300mm designed for Raman spectroscopy and weak light observation ・Spectrometer using lens optical system (visible or near infrared) ・High throughput optical system ・Excellent peak shape symmetry
