The entire workflow of the alpha300apyron, from instrument calibration to Raman measurement and data analysis, is fully automated and can be controlled remotely. There is no need to touch the microscope except to change specimens.
■Setup
-TrueCal runs a preset calibration routine.
- Compliant with laser safety class 1 (or 1M).
・The automatic optical path adjustment function "AutoBeam" has the following functions.
・Objective lens turret: Switches to the specified objective lens and adjusts the offset.
・Lighting selector: Switches the lighting.
・Laser coupler: Switches the laser light source from UV to near infrared.
・AutoBeam output coupler: Switch to the selected spectrometer.
・Calibration: Verify and calibrate the grating of the spectrometer.
・Illumination aperture: Adjust for maximum contrast and uniformity.
・Polarizer: Automatically adjusts the wavelength plate and polarizer.
