About This Product

■Overview and features

・Product mass reduced by approximately 40% (compared to our company) ・Improved corrosion resistance due to aluminum die-cast body ・You can use the old model (ZRE type) plug as is. ・Lock the plug in the ON state ・Explosion-proof structure: d2G5 - Equipped with an interlock switch that always turns OFF when plugging or unplugging, so there is no risk of accidents due to incorrect operation. - Opening/closing operations can be easily confirmed by the operating sound, response, and position display. - The plug socket has a cap that automatically closes when the plug is removed, so there is no need to worry about dust getting into the contact area.

■When using outdoors

・Please use it in a place where it will not be exposed to direct rainwater, or specify the hooded option. (Make sure that rainwater does not get directly into the plug socket.) ・Please use with the plug outlet facing vertically downward. ・Apply waterproofing treatment such as non-drying liquid packing to the threaded part of the lead-in conduit. When the plug is removed (cap closed), it is equivalent to IP43.

■Precautions for use

- It has corrosion resistance that can withstand normal use, but if used in special environments such as areas affected by salt, there is a possibility of problems such as rusting in a short period of time, so please contact us separately. - Use a cable (type 3 or type 4 cabtire cable) with a grounding wire, and connect it to the E terminal on the plug side. ・When using, insert the plug and stop at the ON position. - Do not directly turn on/off the load with this product. It may burn out. *Plug only is also available.
