About This Product
This is an explosion-proof control box that can handle variable operations in hazardous areas.
■Made of stainless steel
- Can be used in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
・The explosion-proof structure is ExdeⅡCT5. Applicable to hydrogen, acetylene and even carbon disulfide.
- Dust-proof and jet-proof structure that meets protection class IP65.
- Adopts a stainless steel box with excellent corrosion and weather resistance. It has a waterproof structure and can be used outdoors.
- Adopts a bright and easy-to-read high-intensity LED for the indicator light. Long life and maintenance free.
- The push button switch uses a large push button that is easy to operate.
- The box has a hinge, making it very convenient for wiring work and maintenance inspections.
■Wire connection
・The terminal block is not housed in the control box of the "no wiring" specification. Connect the external lead wires directly to the terminals of each unit.
- A relay terminal block is installed in the control box with "wired" specifications, and standard wiring is pre-wired between each unit and the terminal block.
・Please contact us regarding combinations of units that differ from standard specifications.
■Construction
・Please refer to the factory explosion-proof electrical equipment guide for users during construction.
・For stand type, please use commercially available foundation bolts.
■Precautions for use
Although it has corrosion resistance that can withstand normal use, if it is used in special environments such as areas affected by salt, there is a possibility of problems such as rusting in a short period of time, so please contact us separately.
*Orders for AC ammeter direct current scale 15A and 10A have ended at the end of September 2019. 5A, 3A, and 1A will continue to be sold.
■Added variable resistor unit (ZEVU)
By controlling the inverter externally, the variable resistor unit contributes to increased productivity, energy savings, and cost reductions at offices.
・ZE2A・ZE3A: G3/4 or G1/2, 1 piece on the lower side
・ZE5A: G3/4 or G1, 1 piece on the lower side
・ZE6A: G3/4 or G1/2, lower 2 pieces
・ZEAA: G1, lower 2 pieces
・ZEBA: G1, lower 3 pieces
・ZECA: G1, lower 4 pieces
*In order: "Box size: hub size, hub position (standard inlet specifications)"
