1. The number of installed units can be reduced by ensuring brightness through light distribution control.
Utilizing our unique optical design technology, we are able to ensure efficient brightness both at all times and in emergencies. In particular, since the installation interval for emergency lighting can be wider than that of existing light sources, it is possible to reduce the number of installations. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the initial cost at the time of renewal.
2. Light source can be replaced with straight tube LED module
The light source uses a straight tube lamp-shaped LED module with anti-glare measures. The average color rendering index of Ra83 is comparable to that of existing fluorescent lamps (Ra84) and provides a visual environment equivalent to that of existing fluorescent lamps (Ra84). A connector system is used to supply power to the module, making it easy to remove and replace the light source in case of emergency.
3. Various lineups depending on the cleanliness class of the clean room and production process.
The ceiling fixed type is compatible with class 100, and the hanging bolt type is compatible with class 1,000. The front frame is available in bolt-mounted steel plates (painted white) and stainless steel for those with the main body fixed to the ceiling, and aluminum and stainless steel spring hinges for those in which the main body is hung with bolts. You can choose the most suitable one according to the installation environment and purpose.
4. Charging status can be checked with lamp monitor
The lamp monitor (green) lights up to indicate charging status. This condition is normally normal. In the event of an emergency, the LED emergency light unit will turn on. It has a safe design that can be seen at a glance.
5. Uses environmentally friendly nickel metal hydride batteries (Ni-MH)
A new lineup includes a type that can be installed from inside a clean room, assuming that there is not enough space to install the equipment in the ceiling.
*After installing the equipment, caulking is required on the hanging bolt fixing part inside the main unit.
