1. Lighter and more compact than conventional fluorescent light fixtures
Explosion-proof electrical equipment tends to be heavy and bulky due to its structure in order to maintain its performance, but it is lighter and more compact with a weight reduction of 7.5kg (approximately 20%) and a volume reduction of approximately 18%, improving workability. . Compared to conventional fluorescent lighting fixtures, the ceiling opening size can be made smaller, and since it is lightweight, it also reduces the strength burden on ceiling structures, etc.
2. Light source can be replaced with straight tube LED module
The light source uses a straight tube lamp-shaped LED module with anti-glare measures. The average color rendering index of Ra83 is comparable to that of existing fluorescent lamps (Ra84) and provides a visual environment equivalent to that of existing fluorescent lamps (Ra84). A connector system is used to supply power to the module, making it easy to remove and replace the light source in case of emergency.
3. Various lineups depending on the cleanliness class of the clean room and production process.
The ceiling fixed type is compatible with class 100, and the hanging bolt type is compatible with class 1,000. The front frame is available in bolt-mounted steel plates (painted white) and stainless steel for those with the main body fixed to the ceiling, and aluminum and stainless steel spring hinges for those in which the main body is hung with bolts. You can choose the most suitable one according to the installation environment and purpose.
