■Main features
1. Lighter and more compact than conventional fluorescent light fixtures
Explosion-proof electrical equipment tends to be heavy and bulky in order to maintain its performance, but it has been reduced in weight by approximately 30% to 8.5 kg, improving workability.
2. Light source can be replaced with straight tube LED module
The light source uses a straight tube lamp-shaped LED module with anti-glare measures. The average color rendering index of Ra83 is comparable to that of existing fluorescent lamps (Ra84) and provides a visual environment equivalent to that of existing fluorescent lamps (Ra84). A connector system is used to supply power to the module, making it easy to remove and replace the light source in case of emergency.
3. Two types of opening/closing directions for the main body of the device for maintenance of power supply and light source
Two types are available: a front-replaceable type and a back-replaceable type, depending on the work space behind the ceiling or wall of the painting booth and the maintenance method. The front/back side exchange types have the same external dimensions and installation dimensions, so you can choose the most suitable one according to your application within the same painting booth. Opening and closing during maintenance is a hinge type, so you can open and close the front frame (front replacement type) and main body (back replacement type) by simply loosening three bolts.
4. If you use the renewal plate, you can use the mounting holes of our existing fluorescent light fixtures to replace them with LED fixtures.
When updating existing fluorescent light fixtures manufactured by our company, you can use the renewal plate to replace the existing fixtures with LED fixtures by using the mounting holes of the existing fixtures.
5. Charging status can be checked with lamp monitor
The lamp monitor (green) lights up to indicate charging status. This condition is normally normal. In the event of an emergency, the LED emergency light unit will turn on. It has a safe design that can be seen at a glance.
6. Uses environmentally friendly nickel metal hydride batteries (Ni-MH)
