3. High maintainability reduces repair costs
The entire light fixture has a smooth shape that prevents dust from accumulating, making it easy to clean. It also has a lifespan of over 60,000 hours, approximately 60 times longer than incandescent lamps, so you won't need to replace it for over 10 years (when lit for 12 hours a day).
4. Resistant to vibration and reliable durability even in environments with high ambient temperatures
It is more resistant to vibration than incandescent lamps and can be used in environments with an ambient temperature of 55°C. This LED see-through light is ideal for inside equipment, around tanks, and opening/closing areas of high-temperature containers where temperatures tend to rise. (Can be used even in environments with an ambient temperature of 55℃.)
5. A wide variety of beam angles are available, allowing installation in a wide variety of locations.
Our lens design technology allows for a narrow-angle type with a beam angle of 37° (brightness of a 200-inch incandescent lamp), a medium-angle type of 66°, and a wide-angle type with a beam angle of 115° (brightness of a 100-inch incandescent lamp). We have a lineup of three types, and can accommodate various sizes of containers, reaction vessels, and stirring tanks.
6. The color rendering property is Ra83, which is higher than the Ra65 of the conventional explosion-proof LED transparent light LZTA, and provides natural colors.
The color rendering index is Ra83, which is higher than the color rendering index 65 of conventional sealed LED see-through products. It achieves a natural color that is close to that achieved when illuminated with incandescent lamps.
7. Lineup of 3 types of light distribution (narrow angle, medium angle, wide angle)
Can be used in containers, reaction vessels, and stirring tanks of various sizes.
■Mounting hardware (optional)
It can be installed using the mounting hardware of a 100W incandescent light fixture (our conventional product: IZTB10081) and piping (flexible). There are no restrictions on installation methods. It can be installed freely using the 2 x 6-M5 mounting screw holes (depth 8mm).
