1. Emergency LED lighting equipment that can be driven by DC with a separate emergency power supply
The device's built-in power supply also supports DC lighting, and in an emergency, it will be powered by the emergency DC power source outside the device and turn on in an emergency (in normal times it is AC powered). The LED light source unit can be used for both normal and emergency situations, so this one unit can be used for both normal and emergency situations.
2. Simplified maintenance
Since the lamp does not have a built-in storage battery, maintenance such as inspection and replacement of the lamp storage battery as required by law can be simplified.
3. In addition to incandescent lamps 100 and 200 types, the lineup is ideal for replacing ring-type and compact fluorescent lamps, etc., and achieves energy savings of over 90% in power consumption.
Adopting high-efficiency LEDs, the explosion-proof fixture achieves brightness greater than that of a 100-type incandescent lamp (LZLA1101-E) with only 15.5W of power, saving power and energy. Ideal for replacing existing equipment that uses incandescent lamps as emergency (security) lighting equipment.
4. Compatible with safe hydrogen gas and high temperature class
The LZLA series can be used in both ZONE1 and ZONE2. In addition, the IEC harmonized standards classify the maximum allowable surface temperature of electrical equipment into six levels. Compared to conventional explosion-proof incandescent lamps, this lamp conforms to T6, the highest temperature class, and can be used in a wide range of applications.
5. Instant lighting possible only with LED, long life of 80,000 hours
Lasts 40 times longer than incandescent lights. There is no need to replace lamps in a complicated workplace.
6. In addition to high color rendering, a diffuser cover reduces glare.
Achieves Ra83 and high color rendering properties close to incandescent lamps. Additionally, a diffusion cover is used to reduce glare, providing a comfortable work environment with less discomfort and fatigue.
7. Wide variety of installation options
Depending on the installation location, we offer direct mounting types, pipe hanging types, bracket types, stand types, special direct mounting types, and handrail mounting types to accommodate a wide range of installation situations.
