1. Improved workability with the industry's lightest and most compact design
Approximately 15% (34.5 kg) lighter than the conventional explosion-proof clean room emergency LED light fixture VZCC4001624V2 (41.0 kg). Reduces the burden of construction work.
2. Compatible with a wide range of explosive gases (hydrogen and acetylene gas)
According to IEC harmonized standards, it supports a wide range of explosive gases including Group IIB+H2. Additionally, the maximum allowable surface temperature of electrical equipment is classified into six levels. The DZBP series conforms to the fifth temperature class, T5. Can be used safely in various hazardous locations.
3. Lightning surge performance Standard 15kV compatible
Standard lightning resistance is 15kV. This reduces damage to equipment caused by lightning and contributes to maintenance-free operation.
4. Significantly increased specific energy consumption efficiency
Achieved a specific energy consumption efficiency of 138.4lm/W (at 200V), approximately 28% higher than the conventional explosion-proof clean room emergency LED light fixture VZCC4001624V2 (107.3lm/W). This has been significantly improved, and running costs can be reduced.
5. Uses frosted glass as standard to reduce unpleasant glare
The light source cover uses frosted glass as standard to reduce the unpleasant glare that has been requested for a long time. Provides more natural and comfortable light.
■Storage battery life of emergency lighting equipment and guide lights
The battery life of emergency lighting equipment and guide lights is 4 to 6 years. We recommend inspection and replacement in case of an emergency. In the event of a power outage, the law stipulates that emergency lighting equipment must remain on for at least 30 consecutive minutes and guide lights must remain on for at least 20 consecutive minutes. However, the storage battery used to turn on the light deteriorates during long-term use, and its lifespan is said to be 4 to 6 years.
