1. Improved workability with the industry's lightest design
Approximately 47% (7.1kg) lighter than the conventional explosion-proof LED light fixture LZIB130841V2 (13.5kg). This is the industry's lightest LED light fixture for high ceilings, reducing the burden of construction work.
2. Compatible with a wide range of explosive gases (hydrogen and acetylene gas) and dust explosion-proof.
According to IEC harmonized standards, it supports a wide range of explosive gases and dust, including groups IIC and IIIC. Additionally, the maximum allowable surface temperature of electrical equipment is classified into six levels. The LZIP series complies with the fifth temperature class, T5/T85℃. Can be used safely in various hazardous locations.
3. Improved reliability due to high temperature support and high temperature protection function
The temperature range is -20℃ to +50℃. The power supply's high temperature protection function allows you to use it for a long time with peace of mind.
4. Compatible with high span/lightning surge performance Standard 15kV compatible
Standard lightning resistance is 15kV. This reduces damage to equipment caused by lightning and contributes to maintenance-free operation.
5. Significantly increased specific energy consumption efficiency
Achieved a specific energy consumption efficiency of 198.7lm/W (at 200V), approximately 79% higher than the conventional explosion-proof LED lighting equipment LZIB13084V2 (110.8lm/W). This has been significantly improved, and running costs can be reduced.
6. Salt-resistant with standard urethane resin coating
Urethane resin coating has become the standard instead of the conventional melamine baked coating, making it salt resistant.
7. Various customizations are possible.
Guards, glare cut panels, fall prevention wires, etc. are available as options. You can choose the most suitable one according to your installation environment.
8. Wide range of brightness/mounting variations available
Explosion-proof LED lighting equipment can also be proposed for highways (wide spans). Depending on the required brightness, we have 360 types of ceramic lamps, 400 types of mercury lamps, and 250 types, and there are many variations available depending on the installation location.
