About This Product

■Automatic dilution・Set the release agent stock solution to the desired dilution ratio and automatically dilute and mix.
・Electromagnetic pump type: Adjusts the discharge amount of the release agent stock solution and mixes it with a fixed amount of dilution water.
・Digital setting type: A microsensor detects the amount of dilution water for a fixed amount of mold release agent stock solution, making it possible to create a more accurate dilution. (Dilution accuracy ±3%)

■No need for air pressure tank・With conventional air pressure vessels, when the diluent in the container decreases, the casting operation must be stopped and the diluent must be replenished, but with the adoption of a diaphragm pump, a pressurized tank is no longer necessary. .
- Adopting an air pump eliminates the need for a pressurized tank and makes it easy to adjust the amount of diluted liquid pumped.
- By eliminating the need for a pressurized tank, the diluted liquid can be constantly (constantly) stirred using a pressure pump.

■Designed with consideration from installation to maintenance・No complicated piping work required; installation completed with only 100V power supply, water, and air.
・Internal design with maintenance in mind, including parts replacement
・Reusing used mold release agent stock solution containers to simplify cleaning of dilution tanks
・Compact design of 710 x 450 (weight 80 kg *for MK55)
