About This Product

■FeaturesThis new measurement method compresses the sample by moving the amplitude center minutely while repeating dynamic viscoelastic measurements, and ultimately destroys the sample. With this measurement method, it is now possible to accurately determine the yield point and breakage point of samples for which conventional measurement methods have poor reproducibility. TEXTUROMETER Meat accurately expresses the "hard/soft" texture of raw or cooked meat.

■Compact type for meat measurement- Adoption of a step pulse motor enables precise vertical movement, allowing various movements such as constant speed and minute amplitude movement. Distance resolution: 0.001mm
-By changing the attachment, you can physically measure the texture (hardness, stickiness, brittleness, suppleness, etc.) of all foods, from soft (a grain of rice) to hard (squid squid) using a standard load cell. (Measurement load range: several 10gw to 20kgw)
- Compact and portable design. Approximately 7kg including driver and controller
