About This Product

■Features

The standard type ultra-compact toggle switch for ultra-micro currents is the most basic of the 3T00 series, and is ideal for devices dedicated to micro-currents, such as computer peripherals, security equipment, disaster prevention equipment, and information communication equipment. The contact mechanism is a clip type, and the contact part is gold-plated, so there is little deterioration over time or staining of the contact part due to sulfide gas, etc., and the contact resistance is stable.

■Vibration resistance

There shall be no abnormality such as incorrect opening/closing or damage even if vibration is applied at a frequency of 10 to 55 Hz and a total amplitude of 1.5 mm for 2 hours in each of 6 directions.

■Shock resistance

There shall be no abnormalities such as incorrect opening/closing or damage even when applying acceleration of 50G and duration of 11msec three times in each of six directions.

■Heat resistance

After leaving the sample in a constant temperature bath at 85±2℃ for 96 hours, and then taking out the sample and leaving it at room temperature and humidity for 1 to 2 hours, the insulation resistance is 100MΩ or more, and there are no other electrical or mechanical abnormalities. There isn't.

■Cold resistance

After leaving the sample in a thermostat at -25±3℃ for 96 hours, and leaving it at room temperature and humidity for 1 to 2 hours, the insulation resistance is 100MΩ or more, and other electrical and mechanical There must be no abnormality.

■Moisture resistance

After leaving the sample in a constant temperature bath at a temperature of 40±2℃ and a relative humidity of 90 to 95% for 96 hours, remove the sample, wipe off any water droplets, and measure the insulation resistance within 5 minutes, which should be 10MΩ or higher.

■Soldering heat resistance

There should be no abnormality in electrical or mechanical operation when immersed in a solder bath at a soldering temperature of 260±5℃ for 5 seconds. *Other product numbers are available.
