About This Product

■FeaturesBecause it is made coarsely with the premise of mixing aggregate, it is not possible to create a delicate pattern finish, but it is possible to express a natural texture depending on the aggregate and particle size mixed on-site. Since it can be applied thickly, uneven surfaces on the base will not be noticeable.

■Substrate adjustmentMake appropriate unevenness adjustments in advance.

■Primer treatment/joint treatmentAfter completing unevenness adjustment, apply "X-1 exclusive primer" or "Triple Guard"

・For X-1 exclusive primer
Application amount: 200g/m2 (Please divide into 100g/mm2 and apply twice)
*Please use tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprays.

・In case of triple guard
Application amount: Apply approximately 500g/m2. To ensure that the fibers in Triple Guard are intricately intertwined, use a metal trowel to smooth the surface by moving it not only in one direction, but also vertically and horizontally.

■UndercoatingAfter "X-1 exclusive primer" dries (approx. 2 hours) or "Triple Guard" dries (approx. 24 hours), apply iron to the entire surface of the base. (Estimated application amount: 500g/m2. Make sure the base is completely covered.)

■Joint processingAttach fiber net (approximately 100mm width) to the seam of the base panel and press it with a plastic trowel.
*Deflection of the fiber net may cause cracks.
*If you are using triple guard, it is not necessary to lie down on the net.

■Top coat・Approximate amount of application: 1,700g/m2 + Kansuiseki 1,000/m2
・Apply X-3 containing aggregate using a plastic trowel while adjusting the rolling of the stone. If it is difficult to apply, please adjust by adding water. (up to 5% by weight)

■After topcoat hardening・After the top coat has hardened (approximately 4 hours), it is possible to apply another coat. By applying two to three coats, it is possible to create patterns up to a thickness of approximately 5 mm.
- After applying the final coat, it will fully harden in about 3 days in summer and about 1 week in winter.
