■Simply plug in WEO plug-in connection

WEO is CEJN's sophisticated plug-in connectivity technology. It has great features that solve a wide range of problems and reduce costs. There is no need to manage the assembly angle, and hydraulic hoses can be connected safely and quickly without the use of tools. To suit your application, we offer a compact built-in WEO cartridge at the core of the design and a 2-in-1 WEO plug-in swivel that can rotate freely during operation.

■WEO plug-in, coupling

A compact coupling solution that utilizes existing manifold designs. WEO Plug-in Couplings are available in a variety of threaded and hose connection configurations, suitable for replacing your current threaded fittings.

■WEO plug-in cartridge

WEO cartridges are sophisticated components designed for integration into compact systems. The fully integrated cartridge opens up new design possibilities. No adapters are required, reducing costs and eliminating one potential leak point. This reduces the footprint of the equipment, resulting in significant cost savings.

■WEO plug-in swivel

WEO swivels are ideal for applications using pressurized mobile and rotating hydraulic hoses. It can rotate 360° under maximum working pressure, and the combination of ball and slide bearings allows it to withstand both hydraulic pressure and torsional force, greatly extending the service life of the product. The WEO Swivel is a plug-in fitting with built-in swivel functionality that, like the standard WEO plug-in model, is small and flexible, but offers size and weight advantages over commonly used swivel solutions.

■WEO plug-in nipple

Quick Connection WEO features an innovative push-to-connect feature that allows you to quickly and reliably connect the male and female fittings of your product. The only tool required is to remove the stopper of the metal fitting during cutting, which can be done with a screwdriver, etc.
