■Long life even in harsh applications

Durability and long product life, which can withstand harsh operating environments and high operating pressures, are among the greatest advantages of the CEJN X series. Typical nipples are locally hardened in specific areas to increase surface hardness, but CEJN's nipples are hardened throughout, achieving extremely high surface hardness. This makes CEJN nipples approximately 30% harder than conventional nipples, allowing them to not only withstand harsher environments, but also provide quick connect couplings for longer periods of time in general applications. CEJN's couplings and nipples have a unique design that allows them to be connected without damaging the inside of the coupling even if residual pressure is present on either the coupling side or the nipple side, and allows connection with ISO standard compliant products. is also possible. The X65 residual pressure removal mechanism is compactly designed to remove residual pressure and equalize pressure. CEJN's Series 264 is a flat face nipple with built-in residual pressure relief mechanism. For low and medium pressure hydraulics in compliance with ISO 16028 standards. The flat face design minimizes oil leakage and air intrusion during attachment and detachment. This residual pressure removal mechanism allows connection even when there is residual pressure on the nipple side. Can be connected with series 265, 266 and 262 couplings.
