■Longer life due to high precision High-speed, high-rigidity guide post

・Agaton guide elements born in Switzerland are synonymous with "high quality" in the precision industry. ・Agadon Ball Guide consists of three parts: guide post, ball retainer, and bush, and balls are inserted in the retainer at a high density. ・Since the ball guide slides on the guide post, the guide post and bushing are given a super finish process to achieve a long service life. Features

・Long life is achieved by super finishing the sliding parts of each part and high processing accuracy. ・Guide post Surface roughness: Ra0.05 Cylindricity: 2μm Roundness: 1μm ・Guide bush Surface roughness: Ra0.1 Cylindricity: 2μm Roundness: 1μm

■Stable preload

Ensures stable preload by maintaining precise dimensional accuracy

■Stripper plate fixing guide

By fixing the flange-integrated guide post to the stripper plate, post deflection is reduced to 1/8 compared to conventional models.

■High-speed “ball guide”

With a track record of up to 3,000 spm, it is ideal for high-speed machining of connectors, etc.

■“Roller guide” with high rigidity

Ideal for molds that require high precision machining while maintaining rigidity. (Example: powder press, mold, etc.)

■Original caulking technology (patented)

New crimping technology for balls and rollers prevents them from popping out of the retainer even during high-speed machining.
