About This Product

Ideal for removing rust from wire cut products

■Features

・Safe for the human body, with no irritating or toxic gas emissions ・It will not cause rust to surrounding metals. ・Protects the luster of the metal surface and prevents it from turning coppery. - Treats rust in a short time (1 to 10 minutes) without damaging the metal surface. ・Can be diluted with water (1 to 10 times) and is not flammable or explosive. ・KC-12A is also available for copper and brass.

■Applications

- For removing rust from metal parts that occurs during the process. - For removing rust that occurs during wire cutting. - For pre-treatment of painting, plating, etc. ・For pickling finish of stainless steel. - For removing rust from processed materials.

■Handling precautions

・KC-12 is acidic. Avoid adding or mixing substances that react with acids and decompose, or substances that decompose and generate gas (excluding alkaline agents for neutralization during waste liquid treatment). ・Never use metal containers to store KC-12. We recommend plastic containers that will not be damaged. Similarly, avoid using metal containers for temporary storage of undiluted solution after use. ・If you have scratches on your hands or have sensitive skin, please wear rubber gloves when working. - In the event of a leak, please neutralize it with an alkaline agent (soda ash, lime) and wash it away with water.
