About This Product
■Innovative clamp system
・Flex Clamp is an innovative clamping system designed and developed to solve the dissatisfaction with machine vises used in machining.
- Compatible with workpieces that are approximately 80% of the total length of the main body and are lightweight, allowing for quick tightening operations in response to changes.
・With a wide range of options that meet the needs of users, we have realized further rationalization, unmanned operation, and high-precision machining.
■Features
- By preparing 15 models with different sizes, it is possible to accommodate jaw openings from 0 to 2,300 mm, and the movable side is equipped as standard with a sinking jaw ``High-precision jaw work setter'' that prevents the workpiece from lifting when tightening.
・By preparing a block type with fixed, intermediate, and movable tightening parts separated, it is possible to tighten freely depending on the shape of the workpiece. ・By preparing an intermediate block, it is possible to tighten multiple workpieces.
・A wide variety of options are available, including ferrules, pedestals, and workpiece positioning tools.
■Accessories
・A set: Clamping block + T nut (14mm) + hexagon socket head bolt (M12)
・B set: Clamping block + T nut (18mm) + hexagon socket head bolt (M16)
・C set: Clamping block + T nut (22mm) + hexagon socket head bolt (M16)
