About This Product

■Mold tests can be performed without attaching to the molding machine

・This is a mold testing machine manufactured by GEFIE, a German company that boasts a rich track record around the world. - You can easily check the finish of the product without installing a mold on the molding machine. ・The special wax can be reused many times and is very economical.

■Features

- Extremely lightweight due to its simple structure. ・Easy to use. ・Put the special wax into the cylinder, and inject the wax melted by the built-in heater into the mold from the nozzle using air pressure to form the product.

■How to use

1.Plug the outlet plug into the power source (200V single phase). The lid for inserting wax will not open unless you heat up the machine to a certain extent. Remove the outer cover, remove the inner cover (turn counterclockwise), pull the chain, and pull out the piston. Fill the wax after making sure that there are no foreign objects inside that could clog the tip nozzle. 2. There should be a gap of approximately 10mm between the cylinder wall and the valve tip. 3. Heat for about 30 minutes until the wax inside becomes completely liquid. 4. Prepare (fix) the mold to be tested. 5. Connect the air hose to the air port on the head. 6. We recommend heating the mold to 25-30℃ before starting the test. More accurate tests are possible. 7. When injecting wax, it is effective to place a rubber washer to improve the airtightness between the injection nozzle on the main body and the mold injection port. 8. Wax injection injection takes about 10 minutes. For thicker products, longer time is required. Inject wax until it completely fills the cavity.
