About This Product

■Quick-drying heat-resistant smoothing and mold release agent containing boron nitride

- A quick-drying heat-resistant lubricant/mold release agent containing boron nitride in a heat-resistant organic resin binder. ・Does not react with molten metal, glass, etc. ・It has good adhesion and can also be used as a coating agent to improve the thermal conductivity of thermocouples.

■Features

- Stable up to 800℃ in an oxidizing atmosphere, 1,200℃ in vacuum, and 2,200℃ in an inert atmosphere. ・Does not react with molten metal or molten glass. ・Thermal conductivity is the same as or higher than stainless steel. ・It has extremely high electrical resistance and is electrically insulating even at high temperatures. ・Does not affect oils, plastics, rubber, or metals. - Stable against organic solvents and chemicals, and has excellent corrosion resistance. ・Non-magnetic. Purpose

■As a heat-resistant mold release agent

・For molding diamond tools ・For molding thermosetting and thermoplastic resins ・For glass molding ・For forming sintered metal ・For die casting mold release

■As a heat-resistant lubricant

・For extrusion and pultrusion of aluminum and stainless steel ・For lubricating chain conveyors and roller conveyors used under high temperatures.

■How to use

1. If there is dirt or oil on the surface of the object to be sprayed or applied, clean it with a solvent. If any other mold release agents remain, remove them completely as well. 2. Shake the aerosol can well before use, then spray from a distance of 20 to 30 cm to form a thin, uniform film. 3. Shake or stir the can of Whitilb well before use, then apply with a brush or put it in a sprayer and spray. 4. Spray or apply it and it will generally dry in 2-3 minutes and completely dry in about 2 hours.
