About This Product

Urea EP grease containing PTFE with excellent high temperature smooth life and water resistance

■Features

・Because urea is selected as the thickener, it has excellent high-temperature lubrication life, mechanical stability, and water resistance. - Contains a fluoropolymer with an extremely low coefficient of friction, excellent wear resistance, and excellent thermal stability with a decomposition temperature of 400°C. We have achieved a low price using a special manufacturing method that reduces the particle content to the absolute minimum while maintaining its effectiveness. ・Polymer particles of 0.05μ or less smooth the metal surface and greatly reduce wear between metals. ・In addition, by using an extreme pressure agent that is inert, stable, and has excellent corrosion resistance, it prevents seizure in high load areas, has excellent boundary lubrication performance, and has a wide operating temperature range of -20℃ to 180℃. It can be used in various situations. ・It is an extreme pressure multi-purpose grease that reduces the amount of lubrication and standardizes the oil type in various situations because it has a good balance with little change in consistency (just) and thermosetting properties. The extreme pressure performance of standard lubricants is not very high. Machines that have been well maintained, carefully installed, and have had a good initial run-in will not have many problems. However, the reality is that not all installed machines are in good condition. Boundary lubrication occurs more frequently than expected, so metal surface treatments that improve extreme pressure performance are effective in a variety of situations. Moreover, Ecolube XEP-270 is chlorine-free.

■Applications

It has a very high dropping point of +260°C or higher, and has excellent heat resistance, making it suitable for various industries such as central lubrication equipment, cement machinery, steel manufacturing machinery, paper manufacturing machinery, metal processing machinery, power plant auxiliary equipment, mining machinery, and rubber processing machinery. This grease is suitable for lubricating machine elements such as machine bearings, gears, sliding surfaces, universal joints, and guides, and meets the performance requirements under various usage conditions.
