About This Product

■Special solvent formulation. Effectively removes deposits on the mold surface in a short time

・Powerful mold cleaner [FD-3] is a powerful cleaner that effectively removes resins, rubbers, and their baked-on, decomposed, and products adhering to the mold surface. ・Because it is effectively formulated with a special solvent, it can be cleaned more thoroughly in a shorter time than conventional products.

■Features

・Mold cleaning time can be shortened. ・Improve product quality through powerful cleaning ・Cleaning without damaging the mold

■How to use

1. Spray to cover the entire surface of the mold. 2. After spraying, leave it until it penetrates sufficiently and becomes easy to remove. (about 5 minutes) 3. After leaving it for a while, scrape off any deposits on the mold surface with a cloth or soft tool (copper spatula, etc.). 4. If it doesn't come off in one try, repeat until it's clean. 5. For injection molds, after spraying, leave it for 30 minutes and then shoot 2-3 shots to remove the deposits.

■Caution

・If it gets on your skin or eyes, wash it off with water. - If the mold is not used immediately after mold cleaning, protect it with a mold protector and store it.
