About This Product

It is extremely effective in releasing all kinds of plastic products.

■Outstanding mold releasability and durability due to nano-level coating

- Reactive particles evaporate from the surface coated with a three-layer structure and harden, demonstrating outstanding mold release performance. ・The coating lasts approximately 30,000 shots using general-purpose resin. ・Can handle high temperatures from -45℃ to 540℃. ・Can be applied to approximately 3m2 with 5ml of Nano Mold Coating.

■Features

・A three-layer coating is formed on the surface of the base material through chemical changes in the molecular structure. - Nano-level fine molecules cover the surface of the base material and reduce the coefficient of friction, so molded products do not stick. - Finely coats scratches on the surface of the base material. It can also be used for corners and protrusions on grained surfaces. ・The film thickness is 100nm (0.0001mm) to 200nm (0.0002mm) and has water and oil repellency.

■High versatility

・Can be used for all mold base materials. ・Can also be used for mold release of thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, and rubber materials. - Has anti-corrosion and antiseptic properties, protecting base materials from chemical cleaning agents and oxidizing agents.

■FDA certified safety

・Alkoxylan and isopropal components. ・A non-toxic product that does not use hazardous substances. ・FDA (Food and Drug Administration) certified product

■Construction method

1. Pre-treatment: Thoroughly degrease and wash the base material, then let it dry naturally. 2. Application work: Apply this product to the base material. Immediately after application, use a heat gun to bake at a set temperature of 280°C to 315°C. If you don't have a heat gun, you can also put it in an oven (warm air oven) to dry it. 3. Post-processing: Allow to air dry for at least 3 hours for curing time. *5ml of Nano Mold Coating can be applied to approximately 3m2.
