■Features
・The design strength of the concrete used for the SQCP water collection lid is 80N/mm2, so it has excellent durability.
・The surface has anti-slip protrusions.
- In addition to confirming strength through static bending tests, we conducted fatigue tests at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Miyazaki to confirm safety.
・It has the same shape as the FX general lid as a noise prevention measure.
- Even with a large water collection opening in the lid plate, we were able to reduce the weight without increasing the thickness of the material by using SQCP technology.
■What is SQCP?
・This technology was developed to improve the durability of concrete structures.
・By using self-filling ultra-high strength concrete with a water-cement ratio of 40% or less and a compressive strength of 80N/mm2 or more, the durability of the ready-mixed concrete itself is improved, and construction defects such as compaction do not occur, so 100% Provides high durability for over 20 years.
・Since it is composed of inorganic materials, it has superior weather resistance and environmental impact compared to products made from organic materials.
・It has high compressive strength, as well as high bending and shear strength.
