About This Product

The Meiwa Chiller (MC type) maintains a constant temperature in various types of precision processing machines, molding machines, food processing machines, physical and chemical equipment, etc. by controlling and circulating the liquid temperature of water and brine. In particular, the built-in cold water tank and water pump simplify the water circuit system, reducing costs and improving reliability.

■Achieving energy savings

Equipped with a high-efficiency DC brushless inverter compressor, it is possible to reduce annual power consumption. ・Air-cooled inverter chiller: Annual power consumption reduced by approximately 30% (CO2 emissions reduced by approximately 30%) ・Water-cooled inverter chiller: Annual power consumption reduced by approximately 50% (CO2 emissions reduced by approximately 50%)

■Precise temperature control & high followability to fluctuating loads

・When the load is stable, stable cold water supply is possible within the set water temperature ±0.1℃. - High-performance inverter control allows continuous operation up to 30% to 100% load. Wide range of cold water supply temperatures

■Air-cooled inverter chiller (V series)

- Can be operated year-round at ambient temperatures of -5°C to 43°C. - Stable supply is possible over a wide range of chiller outlet water temperature from 3℃ to 30℃.
