About This Product

Safety Guard F120 Flat is a VOC and PRTR compliant paint, and is a urethane resin-based matte paint that does not contain formaldehyde, toluene, or xylene. We place emphasis not only on safety but also on ease of application, and our products are characterized by good spreadability, leveling, drying properties, and long-lasting properties when sprayed, and are also designed to increase the hardness of the coating film to prevent scratches. This is a developed matte paint.

Ⅰ.Characteristics
1. High coating hardness and scratch resistance.
2. Excellent drying and curing properties, and good workability.
3. Good meat retention due to high resin content.
4. Does not contain formaldehyde, toluene, xylene, etc., and meets environmental standards.

Ⅱ.Properties
・Appearance…Main ingredient: Milky white viscous liquid, Hardening agent: Light yellow transparent
・Mixing ratio…base resin: curing agent = 2:1 (weight ratio)
・Viscosity…Iwata Cup NK2 (20℃) Amount of thinner diluted with respect to main agent
・Drying…Touch: 10 minutes, Curing: 1 hour
・Pot life: 5 hours
・Coating film hardness: 2-3H
・Capacity 6kg set, 24kg set

Ⅲ.How to use
1.Adjusted blend…base resin: hardener = 2:1 (weight ratio)
2. Spray painting: Dilute 50-60% with Safety Guard thinner.

Ⅳ.Precautions
1. The hardening agent in Safety Guard F120 Flat dries very quickly, so it easily reacts with moisture in the air, so be sure to seal it tightly after use.
2. Strictly adhere to the mixing ratio of 2:1. If you make a mistake, various problems may occur depending on the environment, material, and other conditions, so please be careful.
