■SummarySafety Guard S500 Sanding Sealer is a VOC and PRTR compliant paint, and is a urethane sanding sealer that does not contain any formaldehyde, toluene, or xylene. This product was developed with emphasis on not only safety, but also quick drying and polishing properties.

Ⅰ.Characteristics
1. Good polishing properties with less paper entanglement
2. Excellent drying properties and transparency
3.Feels good on the skin and has excellent antifoaming properties
4. Does not contain formaldehyde, toluene, xylene, etc. and meets environmental standards.

Ⅱ.Properties
・Appearance…Main ingredient: Milky white viscous liquid, Hardening agent: Transparent
・Mixing ratio…Base agent: Hardening agent = 2:1
・Viscosity…Amount of thinner diluted to 20℃ Iwata Cup NK2 main agent
・Drying...Finger touch: 20 minutes Half-curing: 1 hour Curing: 3 hours (20℃)
・Pot life: 4 hours
・Possible polishing time: 3 hours

Ⅲ.How to use
1.Adjustment blend…Main agent: Hardening agent = 2:1
2. Spray: Dilute with 50-60% Safety Guard Thinner

Ⅳ.Precautions
1. The hardening agent in Safety Guard S500 Sanding Sealer dries very quickly, so it easily reacts with moisture in the air, so be sure to seal it tightly after use.
2. Strictly adhere to the mixing ratio of 2:1. If you make a mistake, various problems may occur depending on the environment, material, and other conditions, so please be careful.
