About This Product
■Development concept
This roll crusher is capable of crushing pebbles and rocky soil contained in raw soil by rotating two powerful rolls, producing high-quality raw soil with uniform clay particles. The SH2R type does not use any gears, reducing noise generation. Additionally, by adopting a special shock absorbing device, the structure is designed to withstand even severe use without causing failure even if a large foreign object gets between the rolls.
■Features
- Adopts a hydraulic shock absorber to reduce the load even if a foreign object with a large load gets between the rolls.
- Has excellent durability due to its strong structure that can withstand impacts. In addition, the rolls are made of a special material that is highly abrasion resistant in order to withstand harsh continuous operation.
・A roll cutting device can be attached to the C type crusher. This is an epoch-making device that solves the time-consuming task of replacing and polishing rolls all at once.
