■Development concept
This roller machine was developed by gathering the best of KAJISEKI's technology in line with the trend of high-variety, low-volume production of ceramic products such as tableware and flowerpots. One machine can produce both inner and outer trowels, and it also uses a highly accurate arc slide molding method. In addition, the trowel adjustment and trowel alignment are easy, and this molding machine meets the needs of the industry for molding high-quality products with high yields.
■Features
- You can easily align the iron (adjust the iron) with one bolt for each movement (back and forth, left and right, up and down, and angle).
・Since the molding mechanism uses a cam, there is less resistance and the clay has better malleability, so it is suitable for a wide range of clay conditions with a moisture content of 19 to 22%.
・Shaving hammer forming can be performed in the same position as general outside trowel forming, and the load on the potter's wheel shaft and bearings is extremely reduced. In addition, it does not peel off from the mold during molding, making it possible to mold products without distortion.
- A transmission is attached to each of the potter's wheel axis, head axis, and camshaft, allowing for individual speed changes.
- When using only one side, you can work safely by stopping the head axis and potter's wheel axis on the side you are not using, or turning off the heater.
