About This Product
■Development concept
The raw soil is mixed by specially designed blades and screens and is pushed out through the mesh of the screen. As a result, the ``habit'' of the original soil can be removed, further increasing the strength of the soil.
■Steam heating
・The plasticity of the raw soil is dramatically increased by the steam injection heating method.
・Since the steam injection part is fixed, there are almost no failures in the steam system.
- Because the auxiliary drum is long, it has a storage capacity of more than 2 tons, and it is also possible to heat the raw soil from within the stock.
■Easy maintenance
- The screen part opens outward, making it easy to replace and clean.
- The gearbox is easy to disassemble, and the oil ports are concentrated in one place, making maintenance management efficient.
- A drying prevention cover is attached to prevent leftover soil from drying when the machine is stopped. (External screen, top of drum)
