About This Product

■Summary

・Machines that were previously installed separately, such as a removal sieve, a rotary sieve, a wind sorter, an electrostatic sorter, and a cutting machine, have been integrated, and finishing processing can now be performed with one machine. ・By using recoilless and high-speed extraction sieves, the installation space can be reduced to approximately 1/10 compared to conventional finishing lines with the same processing capacity. ・Completely sealed type, so there is no need to worry about foreign matter getting in, and there is low noise. ・It is possible to combine each process according to your wishes, and we have models suitable for various finishing methods, such as the SP-2 model equipped with a rotating sieve.

■Finishing process using SP-2

・The SP-2 series is a machine that skips the process of cutting large heads and willows from the SP-1 and enjoys the processing ability. ・The rough tea introduced by the bullet elevator is sorted into genuine tea, Yanagi, and Daito by a high-speed extraction sieve, and the genuine tea is further passed through a rotary sieve to remove dust and powder. After that, it passes through a vacuum suction machine and an electrostatic sorter to become finished tea, which is carefully selected using a color sorter. ・The powder is broken down into true and mud powder using a special vacuum suction machine. - Willow and kite are cut into small pieces using a super cutter, etc., and then returned to raw materials. Alternatively, you can work even more efficiently by using Super Package SP-1 as the second machine.
