About This Product

■A revolution in green tea finishing machines

・Machines that were previously installed separately, such as a removal sieve, a rotary sieve, a wind sorter, an electrostatic sorter, and a cutting machine, have been integrated, and finishing processing can now be performed with one machine. ・By using recoilless and high-speed extraction sieves, the installation space can be reduced to approximately 1/10 compared to conventional finishing lines with the same processing capacity. ・Completely sealed type, so there is no need to worry about foreign matter getting in, and there is low noise. ・It is possible to combine each process according to your wishes, and there are two models: the SP-1 model, which has a built-in opening sieve, head cutter, and willow cutting machine, and the SP-1D model, which has a parallel sieve in the previous process of SP-1. We have available.

■Finishing process using SP-1D

・Rough tea put into the bucket elevator is sorted into genuine tea, Yanagi, and Otou by a high-speed sieve, and the genuine tea is sent directly to the vacuum karaki. ・Yanagi will be sent to SP-1 by box removal or switching. ・The big head is Oumi or Hakodori. ・Yanagi (rough tea) fed from the input port of SP-1 is separated into thin tea and thick tea by a special rotating sieve, and the thin tea leaves are immediately sent to the next process. ・Thick tea leaves are further cut into small pieces by a cutter in a rotating cutting net installed at the rear, and only those that pass through the mesh are combined with thin tea leaves and real tea and sent to the vacuum karachi. ・The tea leaves, from which powder, dust, etc. have been removed using the vacuum kettle, pass through an electrostatic sorter (electric rods) below to remove the rods, and then proceed to a rotating sieve. ・The spinning sieve separates the tea into powdered tea and finished tea, and the finished tea is carefully selected using a color sorter and mixed with powdered tea to produce the finished product. You can also select a model (SP-1B) in which the order of the rotary sieve and electrostatic separator are switched.
